When you first begin this therapy you need to start with a bath a day for 5 consecutive days. Longer if you have a chronic problem. Some have taken a bathe a day for 2 weeks to get the detoxification process started. Then you may follow up with a bath every 3 days or so depending upon your relief factor. You will be able to tell after you see the progress.
If you begin experiencing the beginnings of a cold or flu, take a bath for 2 consecutive days and generally this therapy will relieve any symptoms. After taking the therapy for this purpose, you will have good success if when upon exiting the bath - dry off - then lie down and cover up to get the sweat factor going for approx. 30 mins. You can do this very easily just by going to bed after your treatment.
